Pringle Building Services Ltd have liaised with the client throughout the project from tender through construction to ensure their bespoke specification and desired quality of the build has been achieved.
The project commenced with the undertaking of extensive ground works due to poor ground conditions, however the build remained on programme throughout the construction with completion achieved in early 2017.
The property itself boasts a grand entrance hall, a state of the art gym, luxury cinema room, study, separate lounge, garden room and open plan kitchen and dining area. The bi-fold doors link the kitchen, snug and terrace wonderfully; the natural light cascades into the open area and the refreshing cool air brings the tranquil sounds of the garden inside, but also allows the free flow of conversation making it the perfect space to relax or entertain.

In November 2015 we chose Pringle Building Services to construct our luxury, new-build, detached property on the outskirts of Newcastle Upon Tyne,
A few months prior we had invited four reputable builders to bid for the work…each one was asked to present their bid in a meeting with myself and the architect. It was crystal clear at that interview stage Pringle Building Services (PBS) had gone to great efforts to examine the tender documents and as a result put together a comprehensive bid – including cost cutting ideas!
Sean Pringles down to earth, can-do attitude and amenable manner made it an easy decision as I wanted a builder I could trust and work closely with as the build was not just our family home but a huge financial investment. Everyone of the PBS employees at all levels was hard working, polite and approachable but more importantly experienced and skilled in their specific area of expertise. Like all builds of such a large scale we did encounter changes / setbacks / delays as specific issues were clarified and revisited. It was at these crucial times that the mutually respectful relationship between builder and client came to the fore. Together we agreed solutions that would take us forward. Many, many times Sean went out of his way to help with issues outside of his remit – calling on his contacts to help solve problems I was experiencing with third party contractors who were working directly for me.
I would have no hesitation in recommending PBS to any prospective client as the whole team delivered what was promised at first interview…a first class building service. We moved into our completed home at Easter 2017 and its clear that the quality of the build is remarkable. Last week Duncan Young (MD Sanderson Young Estate Agent) came out to view the house. He classed the build as outstanding both internally and externally and paid tribute to the workmanship that had successfully provided us with a beautiful family home and a solid investment for the future.
