One-Off Executive Houses for Private Clients
Pringle Building Service Ltd complete both conversions and new-builds as a Main Contractor for private clients. We can assist with all aspects of the construction, from applying for planning permission, design development, organising of incoming services and value engineering.
Our most recent executive house build was for a client on Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, Ponteland. The project commenced with the undertaking of extensive ground works due to poor ground conditions. However, the build remained on programme throughout the construction with completion achieved in early 2017.
Executive Residential Apartments
As well as completing contract works, we also specialise in executive builds, including the construction of apartments. As with all of our developments considerable thought, from the beginning stages through to completion, is put into each development and upon finishing the build the quality of workmanship and materials used are clearly outstanding.
Pringle Building Services Ltd completed the construction of 16 executive apartments in October 2016. The St James Place development is located in Morpeth town centre and involved the demolition of an existing Care Home and the full new build construction of the apartments.
Executive Residential Housing Estates
We are able to complete executive residential housing estates due to the wide range of various tradesmen in our company. The luxury finish of each of the house types on the estates allows potential buyers the opportunity to find a property that suits them. As with the above mentioned development types we complete the sites from the start of the construction process, including initial designs and planning applications, through to the completion of the build itself.
A new potential development is scheduled to start later this year in Longframlington, Northumberland. It will be ten executive properties in total, with a range of houses and bungalows, which will all have a luxury specification as standard throughout.
Our Managing Director Sean Pringle is also Managing Director of our development company Dacre Street Developments. Between the two companies, we have procured land throughout the UK with the view to construct. Land acquisitions vary from agricultural, rural and brown field sites and are not always available with the benefit of planning permission. We have the capabilities within our companies to analyse and summarise any opportunity prior to purchase and to progress the development through the planning procedure, should we choose to proceed. We have undertaken these roles on a number of schemes over the last 5 years and is an area of the business we are actively seeking to enhance.
